Your Role at Bolt

To do this, we’ve redesigned payments from the ground up. Bolt makes online commerce easy, secure, ethical, and efficient for all parties. To solve such a large problem, we’ve put together an incredible team and are selectively adding to it.


You will be responsible for up-levelling Bolt’s world-class Sales team with the resources, insights, and training they need. You’ll design and execute programs to minimize the time it takes new members of the team to ramp. You will hold a unique position in the organization, working closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure all changes to process and trainings are of the highest quality. In addition to this, you will dig into all Sales data—both quantitative and qualitative—to see what could make the team more effective and efficient, and you’ll carry out the plan you design.




What you will be doing

  • Provide the Sales team with continuous enablement in the form of trainings, insights and process improvement
  • Continually refine Sales team best practices, memorialize them in the playbooks, and educate the team accordingly
  • Own training for new members of the Sales team as well as ongoing training for the entire Sales team
  • Ensure that organizations relying on our sales team are appropriately educated on any new processes as well, driving cross functional alignment
  • Aid with continual measurement of Sales KPIs and proactively provide insights and training to improve our metrics
  • Work with the Marketing team to create collateral for the Sales team

What would set you up for success

  • Prior experience (at least 2 years) in sales operations/enablement, ideally in building out the function from scratch
  • Knowledge of and experience in learning key sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Drift)
  • Experience running reports in Salesforce to drive analysis and process improvement
  • Can work across a number of different stakeholders and teams
  • Can quickly ramp and understand a rapidly growing and complex sales organization
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables with competing demands
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience leading trainings, presentations and proper follow up
