Your Role at Bolt

To solve such a large problem, we’ve put together an incredible team and are selectively adding to it.

Bolt has created a best-in-class buying experience and made it available for all online businesses. With our help, retailers can eliminate the massive operational overhead and technical complexity associated with online checkout and payments, and consumers can buy instantly and securely across the internet. One by one, we’re rebuilding ecommerce infrastructure to make it less fragmented, less bloated, and more efficient. To solve such a large problem, we've put together an incredible team and are selectively growing it. Bolt is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive efficient and delightful onboarding for customers that are new to our platform. You will own the entire integration process: manage timelines, resources, ensure stakeholder alignment, and set expectations across internal and external teams. You will work closely with our engineering team and you will partner with Customer Success, Support, and Integration specialists. Ideal candidates have a technical mindset, are not afraid of complexity, have a keen sense for managing people, and a great ability to get stuff done. Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure that our customers are onboarded successfully
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Define multiple project schedules, timelines, and do critical path analysisIdentify risks and blockers, suggest mitigations and guide the team to remove blockers
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Efficiently allocate resources to ensure efficient execution
  • Prioritize incoming customer issues
  • Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of our processes to increase speed to launch and quality of service
  • Define workarounds and viable solutions to meet our customers needs
  • Become deeply familiar with Bolt’s platform and product offering


  • 3+ years as a Technical Project/Program Manager
  • Knowledge of various software development approaches and techniques and deep experience with at least one such approach
  • Process oriented and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, cross-functional environment, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to influence others and get the team across the finish line
  • Experience writing code would set you apart
